Available in the brand MEERA, Shell Moulding Casting, also known as shell molding, is manufactured, exported by us. This is a well known expendable mold casting, wherein sand is used (covered with resin) to create the mold. The process of shell-mould casting is better than the sand casting, since it provides better production rate and higher dimensional accuracy, along with decreasing the efforts of labor. Shell Moulding Casting is ideal for those parts that require higher precision, such as those parts that are small to medium sized. The mold is basically a thin-walled shell which is manufactured via the application of sand-resin mixture around a pattern.
